1. About Lilouette
Lilouette designs earrings and everyday pieces made to be worn, not just admired. This page explains the terms that apply when you use our website or place an order, and how we handle your information along the way.
2. Using our site means you agree
By browsing or ordering from lilouette.co, you're agreeing to the terms outlined here.
3. Products & descriptions
We do our best to keep photos, colors, and descriptions accurate. If an item sells out after you've ordered it, we'll reach out right away.
4. Placing an order
Placing an order is a request to buy at the price shown at that moment. Once you've confirmed all your order details and the order is placed, you'll get a confirmation by email and we'll also contact you by phone to confirm. We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain cases: an item out of stock or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Right now we only accept cash on delivery. No card needed online. You pay the courier directly when your package arrives.
6. Shipping
Your order is prepared within the day, and delivery happens within 1–2 business days.
7. Exchanges
Not the right fit or found an issue? Exchanges are accepted only within 24 hours of receiving your order, as long as it's unworn and still in its original packaging. We only offer exchanges, not refunds.
8. Ownership of our content
The Lilouette logo, photos, text, and site design belong to us and are protected under copyright law. Please don't copy, redistribute, or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
9. Your privacy
The details you share when ordering (name, address, phone number, email) are only used to process your order and stay in touch about it.
10. Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to keep our information accurate and our service reliable, but Lilouette isn't liable for damages resulting from misuse of a product after it's been received, or from circumstances outside our control.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, so it's worth a glance every so often.
